Parking Policy
No Street Parking is allowed within the Sky Ridge Community, any vehicles parked on the street at any time can be towed when the tow company makes rounds, your vehicle can also be towed if it has an expired state registration or is parked more than 72 hours in any parking stall or parked in a reserved stall that is not yours.

In addition to this policy, all residents are subject to all state and local laws as well as any posted signage.
It is the responsibility of the townhome owner to ensure tenants, residents, and guests of the property are aware of, understand, and adhere to the parking rules and regulations at all times.
Street parking is prohibited at all times, and may be towed at any time.
Residents must park their vehicle in their garages and driveways. Garages and driveways are designated for the parking of vehicles; therefore, residents must maintain their garages and driveways in such condition so vehicles can be parked in them.
No boats, trailers, motorhomes, large trucks, commercial vehicles, RVs, or the like belonging to Owners or other residents of the Association shall be parked within the Association for a period exceeding forty-eight (48) hours unless parked within the Owner's enclosed garage. Parking a moving truck to LOAD or UNLOAD DURING A MOVE-IN OR MOVE-OUT is limited to 8 hrs on the street, per 24 hrs day.
At no time shall any vehicle be parked at an entrance to or in front of a garage or walkway or at any other location within the Project, which would impair vehicular or pedestrian access, or snow removal, even temporarily. This includes but is not limited to sidewalks, walkways, street corners, driveways, etc.
Vehicles of guests and residents may occupy any unassigned Common Area parking space for up to (not exceeding) seventy-two (72) hours.
“RESERVED PARKING” is only for those that have been assigned and paid for that parking space. All other vehicles parked in a “RESERVED PARKING” space will be towed without notice.
No resident shall repair or restore any vehicle of any kind (including recreational, etc.), on a unit driveway, private street or other Common Areas, except for emergency repairs.
Parking or storage of an inoperable vehicle, or a vehicle not displaying current registration tags, in any area within the Association common areas is prohibited, including driveways.
Residents shall keep their vehicle(s) free of oil, grease or other fluid leaks. All stains or residues caused by such vehicle(s) shall be thoroughly cleaned and safely removed. Residents will be held responsible for any charges incurred by the Association to clean up any of the above.
Any vehicle found in violation of any of the aforementioned rules may be towed and/or fined without further notice at vehicle owner’s sole expense.
